Website Terms

Clear expectations for using our website and contacting LANEARC.

These Website Terms describe the use of lanearc.org, the public website of LANEARC LOGISTICS LLC ("LANEARC," "we," "us," or "our"). The website introduces our company and services and allows you to contact us about freight, business matters, and work opportunities. These terms concern the website; they are not a transportation contract or an employment agreement.

1. Purpose and scope

The website provides company information and inquiry options. It does not provide an online checkout, shipment-booking system, or complete driver-application process.

LANEARC LOGISTICS LLC is registered in Ohio and is being established as an interstate for-hire motor carrier. It does not currently operate as a freight broker or independent dispatch service. General website descriptions do not establish active operating authority or guarantee that a particular service is available; confirm the applicable authority and service arrangements before transportation begins.

Use the website lawfully and for legitimate personal or business purposes. If you contact us for another person or business, be authorized to provide their information and discuss the request. A form submission does not, by itself, authorize LANEARC to bind that person or business to a service agreement.

Where a transaction requires an agreement, the relevant terms and acceptance process must be addressed separately. These Website Terms do not establish that simply visiting a page constitutes acceptance of a freight, employment, or other commercial contract.

2. Freight inquiries and service arrangements

Submitting a form or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not, by itself, book a shipment, reserve equipment or capacity, establish a rate, or confirm pickup or delivery. An acknowledgement means that an inquiry was accepted for review; it is not a shipment confirmation.

A shipment or rate is confirmed only through a written customer agreement, accepted rate confirmation, or other written confirmation issued or accepted by an authorized LANEARC representative. Only the company manager, operations lead, or a dispatcher specifically authorized by management may commit LANEARC to a shipment or rate.

Service availability, routes, equipment, handling requirements, schedules, pricing, and any proposed commitment must be confirmed for the particular shipment. General descriptions of nationwide coverage or specialized services do not guarantee that every shipment, location, or service request can be accommodated.

Actual transportation or logistics services are subject to the arrangements accepted by the relevant parties, applicable shipment documents, and governing law. These Website Terms do not amend a rate confirmation, bill of lading, service agreement, or applicable transportation requirements. They do not set cargo valuations, freight-claim deadlines, payment terms, cancellation charges, or limits on transportation liability.

Electronic communications may have legal effect where the parties' agreement and applicable law provide for it. The inquiry limitations above do not declare all later emails or electronic agreements nonbinding.

3. Driver and owner-operator interest

The Careers form is an initial expression of interest in upcoming company-driver and owner-operator opportunities as operations begin. It is not a complete driver application, an offer of employment or contract work, or a guarantee that an opportunity is currently available. A submission does not guarantee an interview, job, contract, minimum mileage, load volume, or compensation.

Any later application, qualification review, screening, employment, or owner-operator arrangement requires its own process and applicable notices or authorizations. Submitting initial information does not authorize every subsequent background check or screening activity.

Company-driver positions will be governed by the applicable employment classification and written compensation plan. Owner-operator relationships require separate written lease and independent-contractor agreements, subject to applicable transportation and labor requirements. These documents are being developed; this page does not establish that they have been finalized or legally reviewed.

Pay, benefits, eligibility, classification, equipment requirements, and other engagement terms must be addressed directly with LANEARC. Owner-operator compensation is established in the applicable written agreement and may vary based on equipment, routes, mileage, loads, operating responsibilities, and other agreed terms. No such commitment is created solely by website content or a form acknowledgement.

4. Information you submit

Provide accurate contact information and only information you are permitted to share. If your needs or contact details change, contact us so we can update the inquiry. Required fields are identified on the forms; optional Comment fields may be left blank.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, full driver's-license numbers, bank-account or payment-card information, medical records, identity-document copies, or other sensitive records through ordinary website inquiries. If a later process requires those records, confirm an appropriate submission method with us first.

Our use and handling of inquiry information are addressed in the Privacy Policy. These Website Terms do not grant us ownership of your submission or permission to publish it, sell it, or use it for unrelated marketing.

The website is not an emergency-reporting channel and does not promise an immediate response. For an existing shipment, use the operational contact arrangements supplied for that shipment.

5. Responsible website use

Do not use the website to:

  • Impersonate another person or business, submit deceptive inquiries, or provide information without the right to do so.
  • Send unlawful, threatening, abusive, or infringing material, spam, or malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other people's information, bypass security controls, or interfere with normal operation.
  • Overload the website or forms with automated requests or use them to harvest personal information.
  • Misrepresent an affiliation with LANEARC or use its branding to mislead others.

We may reject abusive submissions or restrict access as reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, and our business, subject to applicable law. This does not restrict lawful privacy requests, complaints, or other protected activity.

6. Content, branding, and imagery

LANEARC branding and the website's text, photographs, artwork, and other materials are subject to the rights of LANEARC and their respective rights holders. Nothing on this page claims that LANEARC owns every depicted vehicle, facility, or third-party mark.

You may view the website, share links to its public pages, and retain or print information for legitimate inquiries or your own records. Do not remove ownership notices or reproduce branding or materials in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or a business relationship. Other uses require the rights holder's permission unless applicable law permits them.

Some website photographs and illustrations are illustrative or digitally created. They do not establish ownership of a fleet or facility, a certification, insurance coverage, a customer relationship, or availability of particular equipment. Confirm operational details directly with LANEARC.

These terms do not limit uses that applicable intellectual-property law permits without permission.

7. Privacy and communications

Read the Privacy Policy for information about the website's data practices and privacy requests. Website terms do not replace that notice or any separate privacy rights and choices.

Providing contact details for an inquiry allows us to respond about that inquiry. It does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list or give blanket permission for advertising tracking, unrelated promotional messages, or automated marketing calls or texts.

Any optional analytics, advertising, or marketing program must have its own accurate disclosures and applicable choice or permission process. Accepting website terms, scrolling a page, or submitting an inquiry is not a substitute for those choices.

8. Links and external services

Links to mapping services, government records, or other websites take you to services operated by other organizations. Their content, availability, terms, and privacy practices are their responsibility. A link does not imply that LANEARC controls or endorses everything on the destination site.

Review the relevant terms and privacy notices before supplying information to an external service. These Website Terms do not override rights or obligations you may have under a separate agreement with that provider.

9. Accuracy, availability, and corrections

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate. Content may change, and errors or outdated details may occur. Confirm shipment-specific or opportunity-specific information with LANEARC before making arrangements based on it. Contact us if you notice an error or encounter a problem.

Website access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, network conditions, or circumstances outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free access or that the website will meet every technical requirement.

This section does not excuse misleading statements, override an express commitment in a separate agreement, or remove duties or remedies that applicable law requires.

10. Your rights and separate agreements

Nothing in these Website Terms limits rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit to be limited. Mandatory legal requirements take precedence over inconsistent wording on this page.

These website-only terms do not replace transportation, employment, contractor, confidentiality, or other separately accepted agreements. They do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, a fixed damages cap, or an exclusive court location.

If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law. Questions or concerns may be raised with LANEARC without giving up the right to contact an appropriate regulator or pursue an available legal remedy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Website Terms as the website and our practices change. The effective and updated dates for this version appear below. Material changes will receive any notice or agreement required by applicable law.

Posting a revision does not, by itself, retroactively change an existing shipment or employment agreement, create consent to a new use of personal information, or waive an existing right or claim. Where separate acceptance is required, it must be obtained through the relevant process.

You may print or retain this page for your records, or contact us with a question about the applicable version.
